Reports to: Owners of the Woods Alexander Group, LLC (WAG), Mckhenzie Conque (WAG Integrator)
Location: Albuquerque, NM

Job Responsibilities:
- Running the day-to-day
- Accountable for the profit and loss of the company and the development and execution of the business plan
- Leads, manages, and holds the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments
- Removes obstacles so that people can effectively execute their responsibilities
- The steady force
- Ensures organizational clarity by maintaining open communication across the organization
- Makes decisions and assists in issue resolution; serves as the tie-breaker within the leadership team
- Maintains organizational priorities guided by the Visionary and ensures that everyone is aligned on those priorities and working in a manner consistent with our core values
- Harmoniously integrates the functions of the business, blending friction into greater energy for the company as a whole

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the sport of Soccer
- Willing to relocate
- Coaching experience
- Previous Integrator / EOS experience
- Familiarity with Mac products and operating systems

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
