We’re now seeking a strategic and collaborative Executive Director to lead ELITE into its next phase of growth, transformation, and social value.
About the Role
As Executive Director, you’ll lead the strategic and operational direction of the organisation, working closely with our Board of Trustees, the CEO of Fedcap UK, and the wider Fedcap US Economic Development team to drive forward our bold Economic Development ambitions.
You will develop and launch a Social Enterprise facilities management service and brand — a high-impact venture that creates inclusive employment and generates revenue growth within 3 years.
This is a pivotal role, blending leadership, innovation, partnership development, and enterprise. You will also oversee and support the governance of the charity, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new income streams, public contracts and commercial partnerships.
Oversee operational delivery and ensure excellence across financial, quality and safeguarding standards.

We're looking for a values-driven, strategic growth leader with a deep understanding of disability inclusion and employment, combined with commercial acumen and board-level credibility.
