Executive - Digital Transformation

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Transformation Executive to join the Group Digital Transformation team at Hayleys PLC. The role will drive the Group’s digital and AI agenda by researching modern digital and AI technologies, shaping and owning business demands from ideation to launch, and prototyping targeted AI solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and vendors to turn opportunities into measurable business value, while building digital and AI capability across the Group.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research modern digital and AI technologies and solutions, and present relevant opportunities to the business.
• Gather, analyse and validate business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Own demands end to end, from ideation through to launch.
• Perform business benefit assessments to support prioritisation and investment decisions.
• Support the evaluation of digital solution options and vendor proposals, working in collaboration with the business.
• Perform process mapping to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Support the delivery of demands through to completion, liaising with business units, vendors and technical teams.
• Develop prototypes of targeted AI solutions using the AI tools available.
• Support a network of AI Champions across the Group on AI initiatives that drive business value.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track performance and communicate insights.
• Conduct digital literacy initiatives to build digital and AI capability across the Group.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Artificial Intelligence (preferred), or a related discipline from a recognised university (local or international).
• More than 2 years’ experience in digital transformation, data science or the AI/ML domain.
• High level of proficiency in using AI tools (e.g. Claude, Canva).
• Proficiency in SQL or BI platforms such as Power BI to extract, manipulate and visualise data.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong communication skills.
