Job Description

Job Purpose

To support the department in data analysis, digitalisation, and workflow automation initiatives, including the development and improvement of AI-enabled and agentic workflows. The role is suitable for a fresh graduate with a strong analytical mindset, basic technical capability, and interest in applying digital tools to improve work processes and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting to assist departmental planning and decision-making.
  • Assist in developing, testing, and improving workflow automation solutions using digital tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, Excel, and related technologies.
  • Support the design and implementation of AI-enabled or agentic workflows for operational and administrative processes.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Prepare documentation, process flow maps, simple dashboards, and user guides for digital solutions developed.
  • Provide day-to-day support for ongoing digitalisation and automation initiatives within the department.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues, monitoring workflow performance, and recommending practical improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Data Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interest in data analytics, automation, AI, and digital workflow design
  • Basic understanding of data handling, process logic, and system thinking
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Python, SQL, or similar is an added advantage.
  • Good problem-solving, communication, and learning agility.
  • Able to work independently with guidance and collaborate well with cross-functional teams.

  • Structured thinker with good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working on both technical and operational tasks.
