Executive ‐ Data Analytics

(MAS Legato - Malabe)

MAS Legato is the Shared Services arm of MAS Holdings, focused on offering Finance and HR services across the organization. The time and operational efficiencies created through a shared services platform makes MAS Legato a critical component of MAS, as a future-ready organization.

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to assist with project designing to improve quality, reduce errors and design new business processes for the organization in order to enhance the business value preposition.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse data using statistical techniques, interpret results and provide analysis for ongoing reports in order to make informed decisions.
• Develop & implement data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Collect, filter, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Acquire data from primary/secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems so that required data is available on-time.
• Collaborate with other functions in order to provide predictable analysis in identified areas.
• Communicate with internal and external parties in order to schedule FD Reviews and share and follow up the meeting minutes with the attendees.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to fully understand and resolve service issues.
• SLAs / KPIs / BOIs / Volumes – Setting the framework/baselining/reporting/monitoring
• Launching customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing the results to come up with relevant actions to be taken to improve the same.

Knowledge and Skills

• Degree in Statistics, Finance or Computer Science.
• 1.5 - 3 years of work experience in operations.
• Analytical mind with high learning agility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
• Experience visualizing/presenting data using Power BI tools.
