GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Responsible for sending out invoices to company

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Sending Inpatient and Outpatient invoice

• Within 7 days from bill date and upon company request (weekly/monthly)

1. Scan GL and update top up GL in system

• To update latest status on patient GL status

1. To have good rapport with other related department and consultants

• Ability to solve inter departmental problem/issue

1. To observe timeliness and ensure consistent compilation and printing of invoices and supporting GL’s(batching)

• To reduce debtors’ turnover days by generating and sending out invoices to clients on time

1. To attend enquiries from companies and insurance companies and highlight to management if required further advice

• Able to resolve the problem in the shortest possible time

1. Answer Query from client and prepare document needed by client (CTC of bills or claim forms)

• Provide CTC as per company’s requirement, tracing and faxing bills or claim forms as per request

1. To ensure send E-billing for those required companies.

• Ensure done E-billing submission on time

1. Record and Filing batching documents

• For sending proof and retrieval purpose

1. Daily submissions TNB GP and Specialist bills

• Ensure all bill summited on time

1. Ensure update inpatient & outpatient GL tracking (GLBOM) and Unsubmitted bills google sheet immediately

• Ensure update google sheet on time

1. To assist to cover the GL counter and discharges counter during lunch time, long leave by staff
2. Compliance of ISO standards

• OHSAS 45001:2018
• ISO 9001:2015
• ISO 14001:2015

1. Any other duties or responsibilities as instructed by your superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Minimum :

Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration in any related field or a qualification recognized by the government and equivalent

Preferred : Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business

Administration in any related field or a qualification recognized by the government and equivalent

Knowledge and Experiences:

• Preferably to have working experience in Banking/Hospital/Healthcare industry or any related field with minimum of 2 year of working experience
