Job Description

At AKQA (Part of WPP), we bring together art and science to create beautiful ideas, products, and services that drive meaningful impact for our clients. Working in an entrepreneurial and highly collaborative way, we design adaptive digital experiences that capture the imagination and deliver real results.

We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Creative Services Assistant in Copenhagen. You’ll be helping some of our Executives optimise their time, enable collaboration, support pitches and priority initiatives, and maintain the operational rhythm of the business across different locations. You’ll bring order to complexity, anticipate needs before they arise, and help the team operate at its best.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide proactive, high-level operational and administrative support, handling priorities, information flow, and confidential matters with discretion.
  • Coordinate and deliver meetings and workshops, ensuring smooth logistics, strong preparation, and effective follow-through.
  • Support pitches and priority growth opportunities, coordinating kick-offs, rhythms, stakeholders, and key milestones.
  • Strategically manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars to ensure time is aligned to priorities, focus, and impact.
  • Plan and adapt intricate travel itineraries, managing all logistics seamlessly in a fast-changing global context.
  • Act as a trusted connector between regional leadership, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely follow-up across regions and functions.
  • Build trusted relationships and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, high-performing culture.

QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced, global organisation — ideally within a creative, technology, or consultancy environment.
  • Highly proficient with digital tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Keynote, Figma, and internal travel/expense systems (Concur experience a bonus).
  • Experience in managing complex diaries, workflows, and travel with minimal oversight.
  • Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior leaders and diverse global teams.
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and able to manage ambiguity.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and experienced in handling confidential information.
  • Danish speaking is an advantage
