The Executive Corporate Services is responsible for providing executive leadership, governance and strategic oversight of NBY's corporate services portfolio. The role ensures the organisation has effective people, systems, processes, infrastructure, risk, compliance and administrative functions to support the successful delivery of NBY's strategic, cultural, community and commercial objectives.
The position leads organisational capability, business improvement and operational effectiveness across the Yawuru Corporate Group, ensuring the organisation's internal systems and corporate infrastructure are scalable, compliant, culturally aligned and fit for purpose.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Executive Corporate Services works collaboratively with the CEO and Executive Team to strengthen organisational performance, manage enterprise risks and drive continuous improvement across all business operations

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.
We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.
We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
