Job Summary

Responsible for developing and managing corporate sales opportunities for Umrah packages, building strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective business development and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new corporate and institutional business opportunities for Umrah packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, organisations, associations, communities, and other potential partners.
  • Conduct sales presentations and introduce Umrah packages, services, and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end corporate sales process, from lead generation and proposal preparation to negotiation, closing, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Prepare and deliver customised proposals, quotations, and package offerings based on client requirements.
  • Follow up on leads, proposals, and potential business opportunities to maximise conversion.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual corporate sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of corporate prospects and regularly update sales activities and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Marketing to ensure smooth execution of corporate Umrah bookings.
  • Manage group bookings and coordinate client requirements, including travel schedules, documentation, payment arrangements, and other related matters.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions to ensure strong and long-term business relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and account expansion.
  • Attend corporate meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and other business development activities when required.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and developments within the Umrah and corporate travel market.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
  • Ensure all corporate sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, business development, account management, travel, or tourism.
  • Experience in selling Umrah/Hajj packages, corporate travel, group travel, or religious travel services is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business accounts.
  • Strong B2B sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with clients at different levels.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
  • Good understanding of corporate client needs and the ability to develop customised solutions or proposals.
  • Strong follow-up and account management skills.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple corporate accounts and group bookings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiar with CRM or sales management systems.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and good command of English. Arabic or Malay language skills would be an advantage.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings, business development activities, events, or other work-related purposes when required.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays, during peak Umrah seasons when required.
