Wir schaffen kuratierten Zugang zu Geschäftsführern und Entscheidern, die konkrete Investitionen in Energie, Infrastruktur und Dekarbonisierung verantworten.
Deine Aufgabe ist es, diese Gespräche möglich zu machen.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
Du sprichst täglich mit Geschäftsführern, VPs und Entscheidern großer Industrieunternehmen.
Du verstehst, wo konkrete Investitionsvorhaben entstehen — und wer daran beteiligt ist.
Du baust gezielt Zugang zu diesen Entscheidern auf.
Du steuerst, welche Lösungsanbieter Zugang zu diesen Gesprächen bekommen.
Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Management an der Entwicklung neuer Marktsegmente.

Qualifikationen
Du kannst Gespräche auf Augenhöhe mit erfahrenen Entscheidern führen.
Du stellst die richtigen Fragen — statt zu pitchen.
Du erkennst schnell, wo echte Relevanz entsteht.
Du bist neugierig, lernst schnell und gehst Themen eigenständig an.
Du hast keine Angst vor Verantwortung oder anspruchsvollen Gesprächspartnern.
Vergütung und Zusatzleistungen
Fixgehalt: 42.000 € + ungedeckelte Variable (realistisch 20–40k im ersten Jahr).

Work directly with CEOs and decision-makers driving industrial sustainability.
You won’t be joining a conventional team - you will operate at the key interfaces of industrial transformation. At the ICEE (International Council of Energy & Environment), this is not about events, marketing, or traditional lead generation. We create curated access to CEOs and decision-makers who are responsible for strategic investments in energy, infrastructure, and decarbonization.
Your role is to make these conversations happen.
Key Responsibilities
You engage daily with CEOs, VPs, and senior decision-makers across leading industrial companies.
You understand where real investment initiatives emerge — and who is involved.
You build targeted access to these stakeholders.
You determine which solution providers gain access to these conversations.
You work closely with management on developing new market segments.
→ Not traditional sales
→ Not event management
→ But: strategic access to C-level decision-making
Qualifications
You can hold your own in conversations with experienced decision-makers.
You ask the right questions — instead of pitching.
You quickly identify where real relevance exists.
You are curious, fast-learning, and take ownership.
You are comfortable with responsibility and demanding counterparts.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €42,000 + uncapped variable (realistically €20–40k in year one).
