Executive ‐ Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Compliance, H&S Standards as per law & customer requirements
• Conduct internal audits and update the management on required areas
• Coordinate the audit process with the auditors to better the audit process (ISO, WRAP, CTPAT, SLCP, SMETA)
• Coordinate subcontract facilities for compliance requirements and conduct audits
• Conduct internal trainings for upgrade H&S and compliance standards
• Drive Health and Safety culture across the division

Knowledge and skills:

• 1‐2 years Experience in similar role.
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Sustainability & Compliance, Business Administration.
• Requires the knowledge in regulatory Risk and Assessment & Auditing.
