
Executive Compensation + Benefits Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic Executive Compensation + Benefits team. As a key member of our group, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of private and public companies across various industries and stages of growth.
Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice on executive compensation and benefits matters, including equity-based compensation, deferred compensation, and welfare benefit plans
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective executive compensation and benefits strategies
• Conduct research and analysis on complex compensation and benefits issues
• Draft and review executive compensation and benefits agreements, including employment agreements, severance agreements, and equity award agreements
• Assist with compliance and regulatory matters related to executive compensation and benefits
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits law
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
