Job Description

Pathlight School is the first autism-focused school in Singapore to offer the national curriculum together with life skills. It caters to students on the autism spectrum with related conditions, aged 7 to 18 years, who are cognitively able to access national curriculum but require additional support such as smaller class sizes, special accommodations and teaching staff trained in autism. Under its parent entity, Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) or ARC(S) who is a non-profit charity organisation , we are dedicated to serving children and adults on the autism spectrum, to help these individuals lead meaningful and independent lives in society.

As an Executive, Communications & Partnerships, you will contribute to engaging the organisation’s key stakeholders through strategic and compelling communications, and expanding the organisation’s brand presence and reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communications strategies to enhance the organisation's brand and narrative with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver clear, consistent and aligned communications that enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Craft compelling and engaging content, including presentation and multimedia materials, for owned and earned media.
  • Assist in planning, organising and executing key events and materials to ensure seamless brand representation and messaging.
  • Curate and manage a library of brand assets, including presentations, photo and video assets.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A good degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences or in a related field
  • Relevant experience in the field of corporate communications and/or events preferred
  • Strong command of English (both spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with emerging trends and proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with people of various management levels
  • Flexible, resourceful, detail-oriented and open to changing priorities and challenges
  • A genuine desire to serve the special needs community
