As an integral part of Customer discipline, Communications is a strategic function and encompasses the actions we take to influence our external guests, company and community-at-large.
All consumer PR activities must be integrated into the continent’s overall strategic plan with a focus on brand, loyalty and portfolio PR & communications and must parallel the primary revenue objectives of the hotels / brands and parent company.
The consumer public relations’ philosophy and culture must be paramount in all activities and showcase the strength of our brands and the travel platform – Marriott Bonvoy .
To guarantee success in this function, the ideal candidate is above all a team player and excellence executor. They should have a solid understanding of the travel industry; brand PR and marketing; good communication skills, excellent written and spoken abilities in Chinese (good spoken and written proficiency in English); budgeting abilities and planning skills; and the ability to successfully multi-task duties. The Executive of Communications must be able to leverage successes to positively influence consumers.
