KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

This role will assist Client Services team in due dilligence document preparation, clients reporting, providing support to sales and marketing team, and maintaining client relationship in terms of transaction and ad-hoc initiatives.

• Prepare Due Diligence requirement (Company & Product) from distribution partners, both existing (renewal) and potential partners
• Update and maintain daily pricing and fund fact sheet in website
• Ensure good control and verify the subscription/redemption/switching batch form with each supporting documents
• Support marketing tools for Sales Team, including fund fact sheets and other regular reports
• Maintain the marketing tools and merchandise, including reorders and inventories management
• Ensure smooth process in marketing support area and ensure the compliance to KYC and Anti Money Laundering procedures
• Able to provide good services to internal and external partners
• Maintain, organize and ensure proper filling of marketing related documents
• Maintain and support reporting request from various internal departments
• Maintain data KYC on S-Invest
• Maintain and support direct customers and online partners
