About The Role

The Executive, Client Management plays a pivotal role in supporting seamless client business integration and driving sustainable business growth within DKSH's Consumer Goods division. This position strengthens client partnerships and contributes to the operational excellence that underpins DKSH's market presence in Laos.

What You Will Deliver

• Prepare and deliver regular reporting and updates to the Client Manager to ensure smooth and well-informed client operations.
• Support day-to-day operational management with a focus on the efficient and effective use of available resources.
• Drive consumer promotion activities and serve as central support for marketing initiatives, including the timely preparation of claim reports.
• Coordinate and communicate planned activities across operational departments, business units, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Prepare visibility and claim reports while tracking and maintaining accuracy across assigned processes and deliverables.
• Develop relevant documentation and communications for consumer promotion activities, and monitor in-store stock availability to support monthly client promotion planning.
• Collaborate with clients and internal departments to gather and verify required information in a timely and accurate manner.
• Partner with DKSH Information Technology (IT), client teams, and operations to develop and implement effective service solutions.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of clients' industries, businesses, and product portfolios.
• Proven client management and communication skills with the ability to build and sustain productive professional relationships.
• Strong analytical background with knowledge of statistical analysis methods.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
