About The Role

The Executive, Client Management is responsible for supporting seamless client business integration and contributing to the sustainable growth of client portfolios within DKSH's Consumer Goods division. This role serves as a critical link between clients and internal teams, enabling operational excellence and delivering impactful client solutions in Laos.

What You Will Deliver

Maintain accurate and timely reporting to the Client Manager, including visibility reports, to ensure smooth client operations and business transparency.
Support the Client Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization and consistent service delivery.
Drive consumer promotion activities and serve as a central point of support for marketing initiatives, ensuring claim reports are prepared accurately and within agreed timelines.
Coordinate and communicate all planned activities across operational departments, business units, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Prepare documentation and communications for consumer promotion activities, and monitor in-store stock availability to support monthly client promotional plans.
Partner with clients and internal departments to gather and verify information, ensuring data accuracy and timely resolution of business needs.
Collaborate with DKSH Information Technology (IT), client, and operations teams to develop and implement effective service solutions.
Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of clients' industry, business, and products.
Proven client management and communication skills.
Strong analytical background with knowledge of statistical analysis methods.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
