This is a rare opportunity to lead the culinary operation of one of Victoria's most iconic resorts during a period of significant growth and investment.
RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort is entering an exciting new phase, with 48 additional guest rooms, increased conference and events activity, growing leisure visitation, and major upgrades across key dining and kitchen facilities. As Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of food and beverage at the resort.
Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will lead all kitchen operations, overseeing restaurant dining, breakfast service, conferences, events, weddings and guest dining experiences. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll drive menu innovation, optimise operations, develop a high-performing culinary team, and deliver exceptional food experiences for members and guests.
