Job Responsibility and function:
The Executive Chef will look after the backbone of the operations and will be responsible for the day to day running of the Kitchen, Menu creations and hygiene. You will need to provide weekly and daily orders.
Kitchen Operations:
Responsible for the cleanliness, stock control, organization, and standards of the storerooms and kitchens. This includes but are not limited to fridges, freezer, and dry stores. Responsible for bulk production of goods in both pastry and hot kitchen for all kitchens with an emphasis on reducing waste and improving food quality. Responsible for the day-to-day food
