Salary: $65,000 - $80,000

Executive Chef – Better Schedule, Real Impact

We’re hiring an Executive Chef to run daily kitchen operations, lead a team, and deliver high-quality meals in a structured, purpose-driven environment. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your kitchen and bring your ideas to life—while making a real difference for people who rely on you.

This position is located in Seneca, SC and will require to live w/in a commutable distance. Relocation assistance provided

What You’ll Do:

• Lead kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety w/in a Hospital Setting
• Plan menus and oversee meal production for patients, cafe, dr's lounge and catering
• Train and develop staff
• Manage inventory, food cost, and waste
• Maintain sanitation and regulatory compliance

What You Bring:

• 3–5+ years of culinary/kitchen management experience
• Strong leadership and hands-on approach
• High-volume or healthcare/institutional experience preferred
• ServSafe (preferred)
