Executive Chef - Assisted Living Facility

Grand Villa of Englewood is seeking a talented and dedicated Executive Chef to lead our hospitality team at our esteemed Assisted Living facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences for our residents while providing strong leadership and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to ensure high-quality dining experiences for residents

- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain standards of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency

- Collaborate with dietary and healthcare teams to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences

- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize food quality and operational efficiency

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food safety standards

- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that promotes professional development and resident satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a hospitality or healthcare setting

- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training

- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and nutrition standards

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment

- Passion for providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming dining atmosphere for residents
