Compensation: $80,000–$83,000 annually (based on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic culinary leader with a passion for fine dining and excellence in service As Executive Chef, you will oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
The ideal candidate brings strong financial management skills, including budgeting, ordering, and cost control, along with the creativity and leadership necessary to deliver a true “wow” dining experience
You will also play a key role in team development, kitchen operations, and resident engagement, helping to continuously enhance the dining program across our community.
