We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of our luxury island resort. The role requires strong leadership, a passion for high-end cuisine, and the ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a remote, world-class destination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations across outlets
  • Design and execute innovative, high-quality menus aligned with brand standards
  • Maintain strict food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Control food costs, budgeting, and inventory management
  • Train, mentor, and develop the culinary team
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in presentation and service
  • Collaborate with management on guest experience and special events

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in international cuisine; fine dining experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of cost control and kitchen financials
  • Ability to work in a remote island environment
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or resort environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and develop staff
  • Expertise in international and fine dining cuisine with a focus on quality and presentation
  • Solid knowledge of food cost control, budgeting, and inventory management
  • Relevant culinary degree or equivalent professional training
