Here is what you will be doing each day:
In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of managing the kitchen and kitchen staff, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with standards. Coordinate the purchase of all food and develop menus, maintaining approved food costs and labor costs.
Does this sounds like you?
You have at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef with full knowledge of Culinary department operations and Culinary Education. You do not shy away from high volume operations and have an extensive experience in Banquets in upscale hotels. You have your Food Manager certification and experience in managing several outlets. You are knowledgeable of state and local health and food safety requirements and exhibit excellent leadership skills.
