
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITES
GENERAL FUNCTION SUPPORT
Assist and support in reviewing and improving hospitals operational systems, processes, policies in support of organizations’ mission.
Responsible for planning and execution of appropriate credit risk management practices and activities for outstanding debts.
The functions shall include, but not limited to:
1. Determine collection activities of each KPJ Group of Hospitals.
2. Monitor hospital’s outstanding debts and raise recommendation for settlement arrangement.
3. Liaise with panel solicitors for all litigation case management.
4. Ensuring recovery actions for individual outstanding debts are intact and per recovery action matrix.
5. Prepare monthly updates on debt collection report and performance status 6. Identify corporate clients for visitation to recover and discuss matters arising from outstanding debts.
7. Evaluate new client’s credit worthiness of potential clients to minimize bad debts and risks.
SHARED SERVICE FUNCTION
Provide operational support & oversee all recovery actions under shared services
Ensure that shared service functions are delivered in an efficient, effective and timely manner.
Assist in the development and implementation of shared service processes.
Provide training and support to staff on shared service processes.
Monitoring and ensuring shared service staff are adhering to policies and operational processes
Provide regular updates to management of the shared service operations and any potential risks or challenges.
Maintain positive relationships with individual debtors by ensuring professional and diplomatic communication during collection activities
Proactively monitor individual debtor’s accounts to identify and mitigate credit risk and manage the end-to-end credit control process.
CORPORATE MEETING MANAGEMENT
Responsible in preparing relevant meeting reports/paper and presentations for various management meetings including but not limited to Board meetings, Audit Committee Meeting (ACM), KPJ Group Management Committee (KGMC) and any other meeting assigned by the senior management.
DATA ANALYSIS & MANAGEMENT
In collaboration with other stakeholders, implement and maintain quality databases, collect data that is necessary for operational functions, and in support of decision making.
Gather, identify, analyze and interpret relevant data/information, and develop recommendations, as well as knowledge based on findings.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Maintain, implement and adhere to the operation policies and procedures.
Periodically review and revise policies and procedures.
Assist the management in formulating new policies and procedures towards achieving optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
QUALITY ASSURANCE/SERVICE QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Participate and provide necessary support in quality assurance activities and safety programs.
Contribute ideas and support in service quality management.
Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives within the company.
OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Perform any other duties/tasks diligently as assigned by the management from time to time
Make sound decisions as required at functional level for effectiveness of task execution within the job scope.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Degree/Diploma/SPM with experiences.
Good communication skill and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
