Job Description


Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, preferably within a large technology or Public Sector organization.
  • Experience managing and independently driving cross-functional projects and events from pre-planning to execution in an ambiguous environment.
  • Experience mentoring team members and demonstrating leadership within an administrative community.
  • Familiarity with Google products and services to strategically support team projects.
  • Ability to identify operational efficiencies and build collaborative relationships with senior executives.

As an Executive Business Partner, you will serve as a highly strategic, proactive, and collaborative team multiplier for our leadership team. You will leverage your deep business acumen and exceptional problem-solving skills to anticipate complex needs, drive organizational efficiencies, and flawlessly execute medium- to large-scale cross-functional projects. Operating with significant autonomy in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, you will handle sensitive information with unwavering discretion and serve as a trusted, critical bridge between the executive's office and key stakeholders. In addition to your operational leadership, you will foster a positive team culture and act as a mentor and role model within the administrative community.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $117000 - $170000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Establish exemplary trust with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, acting as a critical bridge for the executive's office.
  • Foster a team culture and exhibit community leadership by mentoring new team members and administrative professionals.
