About the Role

The Business Operations Executive supports and manages day-to-day operations for assigned client accounts within DKSH's Healthcare business unit, ensuring smooth execution, operational efficiency, and a consistently high standard of client satisfaction. This role is central to driving cross-functional alignment, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement across client portfolios.

What You Will Deliver

• Ensure smooth daily operations and fulfillment of client requirements in line with agreed service levels for agencies within assigned portfolios
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and agencies on operational matters, building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with internal stakeholders and client teams
• Coordinate co-packing activities and monitor Point-of-Sale (POS) material inventory in collaboration with Product Management and client teams
• Coordinate with the Inventory Planning team to raise Purchase Orders accurately and on time
• Manage monthly branch Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) and ensure timely and compliant execution
• Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments to align operational activities and ensure business objectives are consistently met
• Coordinate material master updates, pricing, product hierarchy, and labeling documentation across relevant functions
• Track operational performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements, and prepare reports for client meetings including Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) reviews
• Identify operational bottlenecks, recommend targeted improvements, and drive efficiency and automation initiatives where applicable
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements across all operational activities
• Assist in the execution of cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives assigned by management
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Science, or an equivalent qualification
• 2 to 5 years of experience in business operations or client management; fresh graduates with a strong interest in business operations are encouraged to apply
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solid understanding of operational and financial metrics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in Power BI is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen and a continuous improvement orientation
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines with consistency
