
Key Responsibilities:
·Assist the CEO and the cross functional teams on the planning, execution and evaluation of projects driven by the Senior management.
·Gather, analyze and manage information in order to facilitate strategic decision making.
·Regular interaction with top management to prioritize key decisions requiring the CEO’s direction and organize special forums/meetings when relevant.
·Assist the effective deployment of corporate strategy by assisting the KPI formulation and monitoring process by Interacting with top management and relevant functional leaders.
·Study the nature of the customer, analyze customer behavior, attend to their needs, facilitate visits by preparing business presentations and generating relevant documentation, reports/ summaries pertaining to same.
·Overseeing the planning and management of CEOs calendar.
Qualification and Experience:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field with a First Class or Upper Second-Class qualification.
·CIMA/CIM/ACCA qualification (will be an added advantage).
·Minimum 2 years of work experience.
·Analytical mind with high learning agility.
·Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
·Power BI proficiency and dashboard creation knowledge are mandatory.
·Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
