Purpose

• As Executive Business Analyst, you serve as a trusted strategic partner to Directors, driving the execution of their priorities by ensuring informed decision-making, effective communication, and seamless coordination. You deliver insightful recommendations, foster collaboration, and enable the Directors to focus on high-value activities, ultimately contributing to the organization’s success.

Responsibilities

• You ensure Directors are fully informed and prepared for key meetings, contributing to more effective decision-making and strategic alignment.
• You drive the execution of critical action items by following up with stakeholders, ensuring initiatives stay on track and deliver expected outcomes.
• You enhance communication effectiveness by providing clear, concise, and impactful presentations, leading to more informed discussions and decisions.
• You deliver insightful analysis and recommendations that shape strategic direction and enhance business performance.
• You facilitate seamless collaboration across teams, fostering an environment where priorities are understood and aligned with the Managing Directors' objectives.
• You enable the Managing Directors to focus on high-value activities by effectively prioritizing and managing their workload, ensuring maximum impact.
• You contribute to informed decision-making through the preparation of comprehensive reports, summaries, and recommendations.
• You maintain a high level of confidentiality, ensuring that sensitive information is protected, thus building trust and credibility with the Managing Directors.
• You drive successful outcomes of special projects and initiatives by providing dedicated support, ensuring objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Education

• Engineer degree or Bachelor degree

Experience

• 5 to 7 years of experience
