Job Description

To issue non-motor policy/endorsement within the TAT including checklist verification before generating the policy/endorsement.

Key Responsibilities

• To issue policies/endorsements for Northern/Perak/East Coast Region Branches.
• To issue policies/endorsements on urgent basis (i.e. via e-mail).
• To adhere policy issuance compliance and maintain the consistency or timely policy issuance within 2 working days.
• Any other tasks/duties assigned by the Immediate Superior upon request.

Key Requirements

• Fresh Diploma graduates are encouraged to apply

• Familiar with the use of ChatGPT for tasks simplification
