We are in pursuit of a skilled individual to join the Intimates team as a Executive ‐ Branding & Communications. This role would require you to Conceptualisation and designing of communication to meet requirements of MAS whilst ensuring creativity & superior quality of output is maintained at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with conceptualizing and executing communication projects & collateral to ensure that relevant corporate messages on internal and external projects are effectively communicated
Maintain brand ownership of MAS by ensuring strict adherence of brand guidelines at all times on every form of media across all plants.
Content curation for internal publication and online space.
Conceptualize print specific creatives.
Be well-read & up to date on global trends & industry practices to improve the quality of communication & branding and apply the knowledge gathered to ensure improved outcomes.
Develop style guides, templates, and other materials required for branding so that consistency is maintained across the group.
Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders, managing external agencies, media and other production suppliers whilst ensuring marketing budgets are met.
Manage internal stakeholders to liaise & maintain operational activities related to the different clusters.
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Degree in Marketing or Multimedia Management pr related field.
Strong English & Sinhala language capabilities
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Similar Capacity.
