Job Description

Executive – Billing, you will play a vital role in keeping our project operations running smoothly. You will manage contractor billing, track costs, and ensure compliance across every stage. Your precision and coordination will directly support the delivery of clean energy projects.
 
What You'll Do
 
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end contractor billing activities, including RA bills, advance bills, reconciliations, and final bills.
- Track invoices, verify supporting documentation, and follow up to ensure timely certifications and closures.
- Support budget vs. actual cost monitoring and flag deviations at project level.
- Create and process DPRs, billing entries, purchase requests, and sales orders in SAP.
- Coordinate with finance teams to resolve booking issues, holds, or mismatches.
- Maintain structured billing and cost data to support project reviews and audits.
- Ensure billing compliance with contractual terms, deductions, and statutory requirements.
 
What You Bring
 
- Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering with relevant billing experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a billing or commercial role, preferably in renewable energy or construction projects.
- Working knowledge of SAP, particularly billing and commercial modules.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for tracking, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills across multiple stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, process discipline, and reliability.
- Site billing experience is a strong advantage.
