Executive - Autonomation - Autonomation Technology

(BASED AT ACTIVEWEAR - BIYAGAMA)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with all internal stakeholders/ teams to identify the autonomation requirements and provide necessary guidelines.
• Prepare 3D designs and animations for the prototypes.
• Prepare the Manufacturing and electrical drawings required in a detailed manner and also compile the Mechanical and Electrical BOQs.
• Coordinate with the Internal Mechanical/ Electrical teams, engage in carrying out prototype developments and commercialization of the automation projects.
• Coordinate and oversee the maintenance of Machines and equipment of the Autonomation Centre, Spare parts and Material Purchasing etc.
• Liaise with external integrators and consultants on developing work packages or turnkey projects in order to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure the Project deliverables meet the Health & Safety standards, Quality standards and complies with the necessary policies of MAS.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Production/ Electrical & Electronic/ Mechatronics Engineering or relevant field.
• 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge in mechanical machine design, CAD/CAM, control system design, PLC programming.
• Good Negotiation and Communication skills
• Fluency in English
