We are seeking a strategic partner to act as a force multiplier for our Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Digital Leadership Team. Operating at the intersection of tech strategy and executive operations, you will translate complex, technical, and high-ambiguity discussions into compelling executive narratives, strategic frameworks, and board-level communications.
Additionally, you will support the CIO in driving cross-functional collaboration across our technical and business domains by structuring collaborative forums and supporting shared initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communication & Synthesis: Partner with the CIO to translate complex technical concepts and business discussions into executive-ready presentations, board decks, and strategy papers.
Executive Sparring & Ideation: Act as a neutral, trusted sounding board for the CIO and Digital Leadership Team to pressure-test ideas and refine strategic initiatives.
Leadership Facilitation: Design agendas, content, and structures for leadership team alignment, strategic offsites, and cross-functional workshops.
Context & Briefing Prep: Equip the CIO for high-stakes meetings with synthesized context, pre-reads, and clear action items.
(Note: Travel days are to be expected, but will be very limited.)
How You Will Contribute
Representing the CIO, you will serve as a trusted bridge between highly specialized technical teams and executive leadership. Rather than relying on formal authority, you will gather critical insights across the business by being helpful, structured, and collaborative. Your biggest impact will stem from your exceptional ability to synthesize complex or ambiguous information into clear, polished material for executive decision-makers.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: ~3 years of experience in IT management consulting, corporate tech strategy, or a similar high-leverage advisory role.
Domain Expertise: Strong conceptual understanding of digital fundamentals. You don't need to write code, but you are entirely comfortable engaging in deep technical discussions with specialists.
Education: An interdisciplinary degree bridging business and IT (such as a Cand.it or MSc from ITU, CBS, DTU, or international equivalents) is a strong advantage.
Languages: Full professional fluency in written and spoken English (our corporate language). Danish is not required.
Key Role Boundaries
Not a Traditional Administrative Role:This position carries zero responsibility for calendar management, travel bookings, or routine scheduling. Your value is measured by your intellectual contribution, communication quality, and strategic alignment.
Not a Governance or Line-Management Role: You do not own a mandate to enforce collaboration or police deadlines. Instead, your job is to equip executive leaders with the insights and frameworks needed to drive accountability, acting as a trusted voice and support system.
