Executive Assistant - Woodstock, Cape Town - Salary R20 000 to R30 000

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct support to senior management. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executives calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and client communications on behalf of management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
  • Assist with project administration and coordination across departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the executive team.
  • Requirements
  • 3+ years experience as an EA, PA, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital tools.
  • Professional communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
