Job Description

Our client, a highly successful entrepreneur behind a few new technology ventures, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Founder in a fast-paced, startup-style environment. This is an exceptional opportunity to partner with a highly regarded executive, serving as a true right hand across both day-to-day operations and ongoing projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, and highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to anticipate needs, keep the Founder on track, and operate with speed and discretion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a high-volume, ever-changing calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritization of meetings and commitments

• Oversee full inbox management, including drafting responses, organizing communications, and ensuring timely follow-up

• Act as a true gatekeeper, protecting the Founder’s time and maintaining focus on key priorities

• Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries

• Maintain organization of digital files, documents, and systems, ensuring efficiency and accessibility

• Provide daily structure and support, helping the Founder effectively start and close each day

• Track action items and ensure follow-through across meetings, projects, and communications

• Support ongoing ad hoc projects, research, and operational initiatives

• Partner closely with the Founder to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented

• Ability to operate with urgency, discretion, and sound judgment

• Comfortable in a startup or high-growth environment (tech/startup experience a plus, not required)

• Strong sense of ownership and a “no-task-too-small” mindset

SALARY:

$115–$125K base + Discretionary Bonus + Full Medical + 401K/match 

HOURS:

8:30am–5:30pm + flexibility 

In-office 4 days per week

Successful candidate will have a 24/7 mindset
