You will bring a proactive mindset, anticipating needs, coordinating competing demands, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve how the office operates, while delivering high-quality executive support across complex calendars, communications and logistics. Your ability to build trusted relationships, exercise sound judgement, and collaborate effectively across the University and externally will be key to your success.
