
Responsibilities:
· Provide secretarial and administrative support to C level management
· Manage appointments and meetings, including booking of restaurant / cafe venues
· Assist in calendar management, screen calls and answer queries
· Print and organize documents, reports and presentation
· Take minutes during meetings
· Book and arrange all business travel arrangements (i.e. flights, accommodation, visa, etc.) and assist with business expense claims after the trips
· Meet and greet guests, serve drinks and ensure guests are attended to
· Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Business or relevant discipline
· At least 3 years of experiences supporting C-suite level management
· Experience in handling multiple minutes writing within a tight timeline
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including word, powerpoint and excel
· Possess good organizational, time management and communication skills
· Strong team player and able to cope with pressure with occasional tight deadlines
· Dynamic and high energy level
