The Executive Assistantis responsibleforavariety ofcomplex executiveresponsibilitiesfor theVice President of theBusiness Unit and other key staff members of the leadership team. This position requires communication with high-level internal and external contacts,exposure toandmanagementofsensitive information,anda high leveloftact, diplomacy, initiative, planningability, anticipation,discretionandsoundjudgment. This positionfrequentlyfunctionsasanextension of the Vice Presidentand presents“the face of the Business Unit”to ADI C-Suite leadership,customersand employees;therefore,the candidate must have strong executive presence andexceptionalcommunication skillsTheideal candidatepossessessolidbusiness acumen,isable toconnectmultiple inputs andseparatepieces ofinformationinto a cohesivepicture andexecutea set of actionsina timelyandappropriatemanner
Principal Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant performs a widearray ofadministrative and project-related duties for the Business UnitVP,includingbut not limited tothe following:
Handles, interprets,organizes,and preparesinformation and correspondencecoming in/going outonemail, Microsoft Teams, and MicrosoftSharepointsitesScreens incoming informationand responds ina timelyfashion, escalating to VP attention whenappropriate
Managesa very dynamiccalendarfor the VPandfor theBusiness Unit,in close coordination with ADI companymeetingand communications cadencesHeavy travel planning, meeting scheduling, and periodic event coordination with internal and external participants fromUS,Europeand Asia
Serves as a liaison between the VP, SeniorVP, and others as requested,following up with VP, Staff and other stakeholders on projects and deliverables, and prioritizing follow-ups and action itemsaccordingly
Analyze and present company-reported datain partnership with HR, Finance, and othersupportingdepartments
Contribute to the curation ofsocial media and web presence for VP and Business Unit
Maintains Resource Directories,Sharepointand OneDrive sites, organizational charts, and other reporting systems asrequired
Perform other duties,projectsor special assignments asrequired Light travel will berequiredfor this role (10%)
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degreepreferred; equivalent combination of educationand relevant experience can be considered.
Minimum 5(five)years ofExecutiveAssistantsupport ofVP+ levelin a publicenterprise organization
Excellentverbal and writtencommunication skills, with an emphasis ongrammar and syntax
Experience workingwith international stakeholders and managing communications with a globally distributed team.
Expertisewith MicrosoftOffice365 applications, anddemonstratedproficiencywith current enterprise technologies, such asmultiple device management,online collaboration tools and AI productivity toolssuch as Microsoft CopilotandClaudeCowork,
Outstandingorganizational and time management skills
Experienceinteracting withinternational executives and corporateentities outsideof the U.S.
Significantanddemonstratedabilityto manage multiple prioritiesand workflows,as well as tomulti-task in ahighlydynamic business environment

Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
