The Executive Assistant to the SVP Enterprise Integrity, Chief Legal & Governance Officer provides high-level, confidential, and comprehensive administrative management to ensure the fluid operations of the Legal, Governance, Advocacy, Compliance, and Enterprise Integrity suite.

This role demands exceptional organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and flawless execution across complex scheduling, executive communication, departmental financial tracking, and executive deliverable management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, actively manages a high-volume email inbox, communicates flawlessly with internal executive leaders and high-level external stakeholders, and ensures the SVP is thoroughly prepared for all engagements.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

While living and demonstrating our Core Values, the Executive Assistant will:

• Actively manage and organize a high-volume email inbox for the SVP. Synthesize incoming correspondence, flag urgent issues, draft response options, route items to appropriate leaders, and take direct ownership of administrative requests—ensuring zero actionable items slip through the cracks.
• Manage a dense, highly complex calendar. Optimize the SVP's time through strategic block scheduling, balancing urgent legal/governance priorities, routine operational meetings, and uninterrupted work time.
• Draft, require, and distribute agendas with clear objectives prior to all scheduled meetings. Gather and organize relevant briefing materials, legal filings, board documents, and background context for the SVP ahead of time.
• Attend high-level governance, legal, and operational meetings with the SVP. Take precise meeting minutes, synthesize discussions into key decisions, and immediately draft and distribute comprehensive action-item summaries.
• Maintain a rigorous tracking system to monitor progress on executive deliverables, legal department projects, and organizational initiatives—proactively holding key stakeholders accountable to deadlines.
• Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison for the SVP, exercising high-level diplomacy, discretion, and professionalism when communicating with C-suite executives, Board members, legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and community partners.
• Manage departmental credit card reconciliation, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission of receipts in compliance with organizational policies.
• Monitor and track department spending against approved budgets. Organize, compile, and prepare routine financial summaries and spend reports for executive review.
• Manage departmental timecards and PTO approvals, ensuring prompt and accurate processing for payroll compliance.
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including transit, lodging, conference registrations, and detailed, minute-by-minute travel itineraries.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all legal matters, governance records, strategic initiatives, and personnel issues.
• Cross-train with other Executive Assistants to ensure uninterrupted administrative support across the Executive Suite at all times.
• Represent The Wright Center with professional excellence, acting as a steward of the organization's mission, vision, and core values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of executive-level administrative support, preferably supporting C-suite executives, legal departments, or healthcare organizations.
• Exceptional, high-level written and verbal communication skills across all internal and external organizational levels.
• Expert-level proficiency with executive email management, complex calendaring systems, and digital collaboration platforms (MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated mastery of organizational systems, task management tools, and administrative financial tracking.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, prioritize competing demands, and maintain composure in a high-urgency environment.
