Provide proactive administrative and operational support to the Leadership Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, events, domestic/international travel, and executive communications.
Manage departmental operations, including interview scheduling, office coordination, vendor relationships, and office administration.
Support budget management, purchase orders, expense reporting, and financial tracking.
Prepare, edit, and manage executive presentations, reports, and highly confidential business documents while supporting also other communications & events on demand
Act as the primary contact for administrative processes, support onboarding and training, and provide guidance on tools and procedures.
Collaborate closely with Executive Assistants and cross-functional teams, provide back-up support, and contribute to projects and process improvements.
Serve as an engaging ambassador to strengthen an inclusive Core Lab culture leading initiatives, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Associate's degree (or equivalent) with extensive experience in an Executive or Administrative Assistant role.
Highly organized with strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic business environment.
Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset with proven outcome driven delivery.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and SAP, with strong business and financial acumen and proficient AI experience.
Trusted to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism; proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Collaborative and influential team player with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving process improvements and operational excellence.
