The Executive Assistant to the Co-Founders plays a critical role in maximizing the effectiveness of Fathom’s leadership team by managing time, logistics, and administrative workflows with precision and discretion. • Ensure travel logistics align with organizational policies and timelines.

Special Projects & Coordination

  • Support special initiatives led by the Chief of Staff and leadership team.
  • Coordinate logistics for interviews, workshops, or major organizational initiatives.
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and improving workflow systems.
