Your role in our team

As Executive Assistant to the Board Member Supply Chain, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, ensuring focus, alignment, and execution within the Board area. In this highly visible role, you will actively shape priorities, enable decision-making at the highest level, and drive key strategic initiatives across a global organization.

• You act as a strategic right hand to the Board Member, managing complex agendas, priorities, and decision-making processes
• You lead and coordinate cross-functional and global initiatives, ensuring effective execution and alignment across the Supply Chain organization
• You serve as a key interface between the Board Member, senior leadership teams, the business areas, and corporate functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Legal, Communications)
• You independently prepare high-impact executive presentations, board materials, and strategic analyses
• You act as a sparring partner, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and optimization levers
• You manage sensitive and high-priority topics with discretion, speed, and sound business judgment

Your profile

• You bring several years of experience in a high-performance environment (e.g., executive office, consulting, strategy, or project leadership) in a similar role
• You have strong exposure to supply chain, operations, or technology-driven business models
• You demonstrate the ability to operate confidently in complex, international, and matrixed organizations
