
Our client, an asset management firm, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support four Product Managers across a range of strategic initiatives, including business development and cross-functional product work. This is a fully in-office role, 5 days per week The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, and the EA will play a critical role in streamlining communication, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth execution across business and product workflows.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative support to four Product Managers.
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel arrangements.
Support business development activities, including meeting preparation, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining documentation.
Assist with execution and coordination of product-related initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Act as a liaison between the Product team and other internal groups.
Ensure smooth communication, follow-through, and alignment across team priorities.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS:
3–5 years of experience supporting product, business, or strategy leaders in a fast-paced tech or financial services environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High emotional intelligence with a team-first, problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
Professionalism, maturity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
HOURS:
9:00am–5:30pm in office; flexibility required for occasional extended hours.
SALARY:
$90–130K base + discretionary bonus + competitive benefits.
