The Role

We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to a Global Senior Executive Director. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage professional scheduling, including agendas, correspondence, emails, phone calls, client management, and logistics.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, ensuring smooth flow of information
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, workshops, and events.
  • Manage expense claims, processing of payment processing
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on actions.
  • Handle enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Draft and prepare letters and official correspondence.
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements

Skills And Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in preparing and compiling reports and presentations.
  • Proven experience in roles requiring discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a significant workload effectively.
