Job Description

As an Executive Assistant to China Management Board, you act as a business partner to the China executive leadership team, driving insight generation, decision support, and business execution follow-up.

Beyond coordination, you proactively translate data, information, and cross-functional inputs into actionable insights, enabling leadership to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and accelerate business performance.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; preference for majors in Business, Data Analysis.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, strategy, or executive support with strong business exposure.
  • Proven ability to transform data into insights and influence decision-making.

  • Strong empathy and interpersonal sensitivity, capable of building and maintaining trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and approachability.

Main Tasks

Business Insight & Decision Support

  • Synthesize internal performance data and external market intelligence to generate actionable insights.
  • Translate complex data into concise executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
  • Proactively highlight business risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.

Executive Agenda Enablement & Strategic Alignment

  • Prioritize and structure key topics for leadership decision-making, ensuring focus on high-impact issues.
  • Prepare high-quality materials (briefings, reports, presentations) to support executive discussions.
  • Align cross-functional inputs to ensure clarity and consistency for decision forums (e.g., management meetings).

Business Execution Tracking & Follow-through

  • Track execution of key decisions and strategic initiatives; ensure timely follow-up and closure.
  • Act as a coordination hub across teams to unblock issues and accelerate progress.
  • Monitor key business KPIs and flag deviations.

Selective Administrative Support

  • Provide selective administrative and coordination support for executives where necessary to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Other tasks assigned by executives.
