The Executive Assistant to Head Basketball Coach provides high-level, confidential administrative support to a member of the executive level management of The University of Alabama to ensure that the activities and missions of the division support the overall mission of the University. Manages the office of the executive. Supervises office staff. Oversees maintenance of all files, records, and reports. Develops/oversees special projects. Serves as the liaison for the executive to a variety of individuals including the administration, faculty, staff, students, parents, alumni, and/or donors.

Additional Department Summary: Provides administrative support to the Head Coach for Women's Basketball and the basketball support staff.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree; OR bachelor's degree and two (2) years of complex administrative support experience; OR associate's degree and four (4) years of complex administrative support experience; OR high school diploma or GED and six (6) years of complex administrative support experience.
