We're looking for a sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO during a maternity leave period, starting in August 2026.

About the role

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll be the operational backbone of the executive office — managing an active schedule, coordinating across global stakeholders, and ensuring the CEO can focus on what matters most. This is a high-trust, high-impact role that requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to move fast.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling priorities, and daily flow
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-ups
• Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and expense management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners on behalf of the CEO
• Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence and communications
• Support strategic projects, board preparation, and executive-level presentations
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives
• Native-level English proficiency — both written and spoken; exceptional communication skills are a must
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced tech environment
• Proven ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information
