Executive Assistant to CEO

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 10,000 AED 15,000 (Depending on experience)
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

About Orion Funded

Orion Funded is a fast-growing, tech-driven proprietary trading firm with its main operational hub in Spain and Dubai and a global reach. We provide traders with access to funded accounts (similar to FTMO). Traders complete an evaluation process to prove their skills, and upon passing, they receive a funded account to trade with.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and confidential correspondence.
• Optimise the CEOs schedule and support cross-departmental projects, communications, and reporting.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take and circulate accurate notes (leveraging AI-powered note-taker tools and automation platforms).
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless business operations and information flow.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents as needed.
• Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders and represent the CEO professionally.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth, or tech-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of AI-powered productivity tools and automation platforms (e.g., meeting note-takers, workflow automations, document management).
• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Absolute discretion and a strong sense of professional ethics regarding confidential matters.
• Strong cross-departmental communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools.
