The Executive Assistant will provide essential support to the CEO by managing company goals and projects, coordinating the CEO’s calendar, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role involves preparing meeting materials, capturing detailed minutes, and following up on action items to maintain business momentum. Acting as a communication bridge, the assistant will handle internal and external correspondence, manage emails, calls, and reports, and support special projects by conducting research and creating presentations. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will assist other senior executives and offer backup support when needed.
